Biodrive, Inc. is for sale. Offers to Buy or Letters of Intent to Purchase may be submitted to our email address. Included in the sale as one package are the following:
1. The company Biodrive, Inc. A corporation registered and existing in the Republic of the Philippines.
2. The Trademark, Biodrive.
3. The patent, Vegetable Oil Fuel System Adapted for Diesel Engines.
4. Technology Transfer and Training for one month.
5. All pertinent research documentation, studies and other information.
6. Trade Secrets and non-patented technology.
7. This website and domain, http://biodrive.net.
8. All applicable trade agreements, customer contacts, supply contacts and on-going projects.
9. All remaining stocks of the company.
10. A 5 year non-compete agreement.
Biodrive, Inc. does not have any debts.
Sale would be awarded to person or entity that gives not only the highest bid but firstly, can submit a qualifying, one page primer on his marketing plan to grow the concept and the company.
Minimum offer is PHP 3.5 million for entire package mentioned above. If you have another system in mind, do let us know.
